AHO Goals
AHO is a relationship and community based model that engages youth who have been previously homeless in the solution as youth outreach advisors, peer mentors, program advisors, board members and spokespersons of their experience.
Through the AHO Life Coach program young people learn to build trust with the support of a caring adult ally who AHO trains and supports to become the Champion for one youth at-risk. Life coaches also help young people connect to AHO's 25 Alliance for Youth community partners convened to provide essential services including all aspects of job support, housing, scholarships for education, financial literacy, health care, legal aid, wardrobe and counseling.

AHO Objectives
To assist disconnected young adults in building trust and lasting relationships with an adult ally and trained Life Coach who cares that they succeed.
To assist homeless youth secure stable housing and essential services such as all aspects of job support, health care, 2-week wardrobe, financial literacy training, transportation and educational scholarships.
To assist young people at-risk to become contributing, actualized adults; not dependents of the system.
To provide sustainable funding for AHO generated through fees from trainings, coaching and consulting to rural and suburban communities in CA and nationwide.
